Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point, an IHG Hotel

This place was clean, the staff were quick and efficient, breakfast was super delicious and plentiful. After such a long trip, this place did not disappoint. The shower was heavenly. We ate our dinner at the hotel in our room and were so happy for the reprieve from the road. We will definitely use again if needed.

Breakfast was very good, well cooked and the staff was great. Food was always full and prepared well. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Located near food and freeway.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was quiet. There is plenty of room for luggage. It was close to the people I was visiting in Central Point and had easy access to I-5 and the airport. They offer a full breakfast, including some healthy choices.

Awesome customer service, checking in was easy. Our room was right next to the pool! Nice and clean rooms, cup of coffee with creamer, strawberry water and lemon and cucumber water available in the lobby. OMG was that good! Quiet and right off the I-5, super easy location to find. Nice Hot tub in the morning, then a full breakfast, coffee, milk, eggs, sausage, omelettes, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls...yummy. I left satisfied for my drive home,

The night check-in clerk, Mika, was absolutely fantastic. They were pleasant and professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. They were there both nights that I was there and were extremely helpful when my key demagnetized during the day.
